Description:
* Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and of digital imaging with Adobe Photoshop
* Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL and MySQL database design
* Knowledge of ASP, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash
* Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
* Attentive to detail, customer-service orientated, marketing aware and creative in problem-solving.
* Active listener with the ability to work well in a team and to communicate in a clear way.
* Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
* Thorough knowledge of web design and development
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently as well as in a team environment
* Ability to effectively manage and execute project timelines, schedules and completions while working under the pressures of a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and organization
* Commitment to maintaining operational understanding of all new developments of relevant computer Internet hardware and software

* Create custom website layouts & a functional website within a given deadline
* Troubleshoot web site issues and implement a solution

* Strong Microsoft ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Content Management

* Strong PHP, HTML and Drupal experience
* Someone with at least 5 years of experience working with PHP and mySQL
* At least 3 year experience working with Java
* At least 3 year experience working with Drupal
* Demonstrated work on cross-platform integration
* Strong communicator, able to bridge the gap between creative and technical teams
* Must be able to work and deliver independently and on schedule
* Attention to detail (both form and function) – must demonstrate ability to convert graphic designs into exact html replicas (and enjoy doing it)
* Strong overall design sense and leadership skills
